Ever since I installed the app a week ago, I've been unable to log in at all, even though my credentials are correct. The message I'm given is the same: "Check your connection or try again later". However, I'm able to use the website to log in, so I'm certain there's nothing wrong with my connection or credentials. Hoping this can be fixed.

Erroneous Shopping Experience. Never do payment on this app. Several error. Several login loop. 1st time shopping got disrupted during payment, and can never find a button to proceed payment or cancelled order. Member point system randomly jump from 500 to 0 and to 500 and 0 again. 2nd attempt to buy the same product, system prompt error and ask me login again. I am very confused in this App and I lost every confidence in buying appliances on this platform.

Have seen it's a new release these days. Much improved from the last app, easier log in and clearer presentation of services. I want to save more energy, hoping to be provided with even more tips and deals to help me do so.
