This app is great for booking. However, we are not sure if it is good with the promotions it advertised. The restaurant which we dine at had no idea what the promo was about and as much as they would like to honor it, chope did not make it possible for that to happen - there was no voucher, instructions or whatsoever to use the promo. So the staff at the restaurant had to work around it and give us the same promotion value. Many thanks to the restaurant staff though.

No rewards. No communication. The app used to work flawlessly, but as of the latest update, rewards are nowhere to be found. You cannot access them via the website either. Emails/messages through the app go unanswered. Not worth the storage space taken up on my phone.

Hi Tatum, we've had to make the unfortunate decision to temporarily suspend our rewards programme. We hope to bring it back bigger and better. What a stupid app. Can't even transfer vouchers to another person and for some reason, every restaurant seems to insist that the person who bought the voucher must be present to redeem it - even if there was evidence of receipt and the voucher code. Absolutely inflexible.
