Horrible return policy! I bought a skirt, it didn'tconvinced me, I returned it within 3 days in perfect condition, and I paid for the return. It's been like a month, and I haven't received my money back, I emailed them several times, and no one responded. It really feels like a scam, so be careful. I wouldn't order from this website ever again. it's a really bad experience!

Easy to shop online, but I didn't get my point's for creating my account or the point's for my birthday in January I've also spent wirh you last in February but I haven't had point's for any of my purchases, that was the reason I signed upto the loyalty program.

The app isn't great. Glitches and some clothing items repeat, when scrolling down. It's better to shop on the Web.
