IP'Connect is a mobile application for managing intervention requests, repairs or preventive visits and monitoring hours for construction sites. Requests are transferred to the tablet or smartphone via an internet connection (synchronization) after scheduling in the W’IPSOS application schedule. The return of information to the company and to the customer will be done automatically or manually when the request is closed, depending on the configuration. The customer document (Intervention slip or receipt report) is processed by the company's Web server automatically and after closing.
