The app is basic. However, for the last 4 days I get an error message if I try to connect. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app multiple times with no change. My experience w/ Comfort Medical has always veen good. They get my order delivered promptly and help me navigate my insurance.

I am a customer of Comfort Medical, and so far, I have not been able to sign up for an account on this app. After I input the requested information into this app, I keep receiving the same response. "Due to a system upgrade in progress, your account is temporarily not eligible to use the CM App. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please call us for assistance in placing your order." It's been this way coming on two months. That must be one heck of an upgrade! Please fix this app now.

Finally got my orders from the doctor so that I'm able to order the proper number of supplies for 90 days. It was a difficult process but it's done.. Some of the staff didn't understand why I needed so many supplies. I am a 59 year old woman with a long term colostomy. I absolutely cannot do without my supplies! Telling me that I had used up my supplies and I had to wait 10 days to reorder was not acceptable when I had 4 flanges left. It was an emotional/difficult time for me..
