About this app

The overall aim of this Centre for Military Ethics (CME) app is to support teaching and capacity building in this area across the world. This material is designed to raise the level of understanding of military ethics by military practitioners in order to maximise compliance with International Humanitarian Law and internationally agreed standards of professional military behaviour. The material will also help military practitioners prepare themselves for the moral and ethical challenges posed both in conflict and in peacetime, supporting their psychological resilience in terms of mental health outcomes. Finally, the app acts as a tool for raising public awareness of the whole area of military ethics.

Ratings and reviews

An excellent tool for military ethics education. Can be used for individual reflection of reflection in groups. The questions and their discussions are founded on a strong ethical knowledge basis and can inform various educational exercises, e.g., role play it simulations. A plus is that the tool is available freely and in several languages.

It is good for Learning and understanding Management skill and teaching.

Very interesting and educative not only military personnel, but also to the general public
