Very hard to call on your Customer Care number and no email address at all. I raised a complaint regarding fraudulent transaction under my name and hasn't received any feedback from your side.

This is a new company and new concept to understanding your credit. Most credit monitoring companies just give you a report that you can't really understand, this one breaks that down for you. I also like the integration with their partners, it makes it easy to contact them and navigate to their website and login. There is a lot of promise with what they are doing. Can't wait to see what the future of this app.
