While C Spire coverage is nationwide, registration is currently only available for residents in the state of Mississippi, and the Mobile, AL and Memphis, TN metro areas. 5G coverage requires a compatible 5G phone and is not available in all areas.

Turrible. Took over a week to port my number, and during that time the status was a mystery to all. I STILL CANNOT SEND TEXTS and I've probably wasted 10 hours googling for a fix. And good luck trying to get support - unless you value wasting time with an underdeveloped chat bot. Q This morning I received an email directing me to log into the Solo app to activate my device, else I'll lose my number in 30 days. BUT I AM LOGGED IN AND MY DEVICE IS ACTIVATED. Back to Verizon, hat in hand.

Tried porting my old number over but every time I tried adding a different form of payment it's always saying unsuccessful. Tried customer service but it's just a bot that's not really helpful at all. I've tried talking with a real person, and that was a dead end as well. Can't activate my new sim nor setup service. Too much headache
