Can't change the app's language. It is tied to system and can't be changed. That is a major fail. On top of that, it's obvious you just used a TTS instead of hiring people to read, which...why would I want to use that instead of just going on Google Translate? At least their voices sound more natural. And it's free, 100%. I don't understand who your target market is. The people with more money than brains?

Select a word to translate provides the translation, but I can't play the word individually nor can I use the microphone to check my pronunciation. It keeps saying ”No detectable audio" immediately. It's weird that it can read the story in its entirety but it can't read individual words when selected. The stories are nice, but I want to be able to hear single words and sentences and have the ability to read them back myself to gain proficiency. This is where the app falls short.

Amazing approach, it functions 100%, it helps hearing and reading skills in target language. 100% recommended as one of the many tools to acquire a targeted language. Includes personalization of speed. My only gripe thus far would be that many of the voices are not engaging, or an "interesting" accent, or robotic. It isn't bad enough to ruin the experience but I hope you guys improve over time on it, only as a constructive improvement, not in a lacking feature or so bad that it ruins the utilit
