Sadly, the app has been hopeless. I created job alerts, and when I try to open the job via the email alert on my phone, the app doesn't open. It's just a blank white screen. The app was updated, uninstalled and then reinstalled, phone switched off for a long period of then back on, rebooted the phone, absoultely no solution. I reported this to EFC, and to their credit, they took a keen interest to help resolve. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts it never worked. App deleted.

I can't seem to apply for roles on this App. It's ok for just browsing at jobs and the layout is good, but I can't seem to apply. There's also an issue whereby if you select a job to view and then go back to the list of jobs, the App won't remember at what point of the list you were at. I'd use the website for serious job hunting.

The app won't even support logging in via a third-party platform (e.g. Google), i.e. does not possess even the most basic functionality of the website version. In the age of technology prevalence and interconnectedness that's shockingly poor. But what is even worse is the fact that the company does not even seem to read the feedback they are provided, let alone act upon it.
