App works about 50% of the time. Files are rarely available when they're supposed to be. Support unwaveringly takes 10 min on hold to check in and out.

Poorly designed app that this company requires you to use. Other apps or there do everything this app does. Difficult to get behind a company that insists you use this app to get paid.
