It's a fake app it takes people's money in the name of subscribing but then not playing anymore

There had been some technical issues which led to the loss of one of my model tests. But, they fixed it after requesting. Very helpful support. However they do not provide solution to any of the questions. They have a good system and useful ux. Hence 4 starts. I'd suggest providing solutions to at least the model tests.

Please let me know..How I can cancel the subscription. I Don't wanna play these kinda games at all. It is taking my 30 tk away every month which is really bothering me. So please help me to unsubscribe it. I have tried a lot of times to cancel it but it’s cancel button is not working.
