Tried to update firmware didn't work was too complicated to make a copy to USB hour and another hour into the new firmware also tried to download the app three times another half hour how can I change my sub settings without Bluetooth connection S10eq I'm going on 6 months no updates no getting back to me from the tech people very bad getting back to me so I have no control over my sub right now 7th months now

The app doesn't connect to the subwoofer. Tried restarting, etc - nothing works. And it is the weekend so Elac support is not available.

After 3 or 4 days of constant trying, I couldn't get the app to connect to my Muro SUB 2020. I eventually returned the sub because it was clear to me that going knob-less was not the way to go.
