I initially enjoyed it, even though the initial setup took a really long time to pair. However, with each new version of the app, it gets buggier and buggier. Crashing, refusing to load, unable to pair, log in again x4, it's annoying. When it works, it's exactly what you want, but it rarely works WELL, which is a shame as this is not an inexpensive product.

Update 10/24/24 - Update is terrible . Deleted everything and had to reinstall. The updated software is more complicated for absolutely no value. Loses connection and is difficult to reconnect every time I close it. I will update if they fix the problems. Further update. It constantly logs you out and you have to login with an emailed link that often won't open. I appreciate the offer to help, but it's just a problem with the app.

The first several months of the previous version of the app were fine. everything worked fine. after the update I've had to relog into the app four times, in resync my mugs each time. I don't know what the glitches in the new version of the app. very disappointed. still like the mugs. they're fine. The operate fine. The new version of this app is annoying
