We try and simplify to offer a 'Touchless Hiring Screening' till an applicant demonstrates that (1) They are keen to pursue the employment process (2) They are Open to showcase their talents, ability and skill.
Our platform does what any recruiter or employer would love to know about an applicant, before getting them into the office for a detailed in-person interview i.e., Who is the applicant (video capture), How do they communicate (audio capture) and do they have the most basic job requirements (mental aptitude and job about the core skills required).
