What makes Private Photo Vault great?

Often, someone will ask to use your phone, and you will feel obligated to say yes. Then they will stumble through your photo gallery and see some photos that were meant to be private. Private Photo Vault is an entirely separate private image gallery that securely stores your photos so they can only be accessed by you. To lock photos with Private Photo Vault:
1) Setup account and create new pin
2) Go into the first private photo album already created for you
3) Hit the plus button to lock photos. These images will be removed from your gallery and locked securely in Private Photo Vault.
4) Now you have a private photo locker that only you can view

Q: Can I export my photos after hiding them with the app?
A: Of course, by hitting the export button, any picture you have locked in the photo locker will be returned to where you originally imported it from.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of photos I can have in the app?
A: Nope :) Private Photo Vault allows password protecting as many private pictures and videos as you have, so long as you still have free space on your device.
Q: Who can see my photos?
A: To give you more privacy, your photos are securely stored on your device and not uploaded to our servers.

I've had this app for a very long time. Then one day I can't get into my albums. I've contacted customer support several times and each time they say to enter the PW 8 times and then you should get a reset option. Nope! Never happens. How in the world do you run a company that cannot help you reset your password it's ridiculous!!! When you decide to upgrade things you should send out emails to your customers letting them know of the changes. Frustrated!!

It's a good app, but a basic feature like more albums shouldn't be locked behind a pay wall. If they're going to be locked behind a paywall, at least make it a reasonable one time purchase. You used to be able to pay $40 to upgrade your account, and before that, it used to be $5. Now it's $36 PER YEAR for a basic feature. No one-time upgrade option severely holds this app back, especially when other competitors offer unlimited albums for free.

My phone still shows "locked" pictures without even opening the "vault". Ticks me off. You can't unlock more than one picture at a time which is freaking ridiculous. I need to unlock a bunch of pictures in an album but I can't do it all at once. "Decrypting progress" never finishes even though they actually were. Free users can only create two albums before requiring payment to create more. I'm going to be looking for another app that actually locks photos properly. These devs are incompetent.🤬
