My daughter loved this game and had collected a lot of characters on it. But since the Halloween update it now gets stuck on the loading screen to the world's so is now unusable. Also before this, the paw patrol characters never worked properly and bring up a completely different character, whether we scan the toy or the qr code it doesn't matter which she finds very frustrating

It looks like it would be a fun app but we can't see anything. When it tells us to scan something the screen is just black. When it's doing actions there's a little hand say drag something here but you can't see anything else. It's all black. We already turned on permissions for the camera and tried restarting the phone but still no change to this. Don't know what's wrong.

Not one of the paw patrol kinder egg QR codes work. Managed to get a dinosaur character to scan in from a generic kinder egg but tried 3 different paw patrol QR codes / toys and it gives you random animals and cars. Tried downloading to a 2nd phone and still the same. You get a totally random unrelated character. Add to that there's absolutely no explanation of what anything is or does in this app. You're just clicking symbols or animations blindly till you hit something your toddler can play.
