Really like the easy log in. Still prefer some of the old ways of using payments and deposits. Also, would like to see the pending bills to be paid window on the mobile app. Also, Fidelity has a great security nation wide and internationally. Fidelity detects when someone tries to use your account. Fidelity just changed the layout of the mobile app, which is really nice once you get used to it. I have been banking here for over 18 years.

Crashes all the time. Today I've been trying for over 1 hr to get this app to work by Uuninstalling app, reinstalling, rebooting my phone. It's been a nightmare. Kept telling me to check connectivity but I'm on a 5G phone eith 4 bars showing. I've had this problem for at least a year. Very frustrating and will certainly motivate me to change banks. Update: 6-9-22 App still crashes at least 4 times a month. customer service mr told the app has bugs on Android phones to uninstall and reinstall.

App worked perfect, for years, up until June 24th. Uninstalled & reinstalled but still doesn't work. All it will do is put white block on screen with message: Attention We've detected the use of automated click programs in combination with this app. The app's security policies do not allow automated click programs. I've used the same phone with this app & I have not had any new updates to my phone.
