The app changes or ignores my phone settings. With reference to the developer's reply, I did call. I have no concerns with required permissions. I understand those are needed for functionality. Settings preferences for how and when the app gets updated are what is being changed. We discussed this. Three stars for replying, and following up. Get more stars after app consistently does not change the autoupdate setting. Otherwise, a good app. No other concerns.

Our app should not make any changes to your phone. It may request permissions to certain things within your phone such as camera access for mobile deposits, but should not actually change anything. Please give us a call at 217-228-8000 so we can try to help figure out what is going on.

I have banked here for several years, and for the most part have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are always kind, friendly, and always willing to help me out in anyway. I would highly recommend the services offered here. I mainly use the bank at 24th State as my home branch. However over the years I have been to all the locations over the years and have always had a positive experience. Thanks to you all!

Iconic Butterfly
The old app was better. I do not like having the current and available balances. I also do not like how the payments aren't coming out in order so I have to go search for my payment. I can pay my electric bill and it can be down the app half way where it all used to come out as you went along purchasing.
