Update - a year late, still no improvement! If I could select zero stars I would! | The app works for collecting pts in Sainsburys but offers hardly ever work. One can only take advantage of offers by activating them. Nothing happens when I attempt to use them; when I look into getting support, the 'chat with us' button is also unresponsive. Why not avoid this & give all offers automatically? One still has to actually make the purchase to get the points. Either that or make an app that works!

This app is trash. I have been getting the same login issues as other users as in the App doesn't allow me to login or register and just says "something went wrong. Try again later" When I was logged in previously it couldn't even show my balance because it gave the same error message. I have tried deleting/reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, but nothing works. Clearly it seems that this is not an individual issue as other people have been having the same problem. Very poor service.

App doesn't allow me to login or register and just says "something went wrong. Try again. I have tried deleting/reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, but nothing works. Was requested by the customer support team to contact them by twitter or FB. Neither of which I use. I attempted to send an email to the customer service address and get an automated reply back saying emails are no longer responded too. The service provided by the nectar team has been shockingly poor.
