Too much trouble; too many steps to connect it! Thrilled to learn of the app, but couldnt get the wifi to connect in spite of repeating the steps several times, so watched the 1st act without it. Yet when I rechecked app the 2nd act & it was working!? It lagged a bit behind the dialogue. Bottom line: I uninstalled the app. Will use theater's closed caption equipment next time

Used this app for Frozen in London last night. It was a little tricky to set up but I think that was because of my large font setting on my phone. The pre and in show excellent and at least 95% in sync with the action on stage. Please offer this for more shows.

This is awesome when it works, I love it! But it often gets "stuck," and when it restarts it never catches up to the current lyrics. I'm always bummed when that happens! Hope it gets fixed, because it's a terrific option to have.
