Ratings and reviews

Complete garbage. The app literally doesn't work. Like at all. Can't tap on a single icon. All you can do is scroll. Gamestop continues to fail over and over and over again. It doesn't matter what they do because the effort is always "too little too late." They're behind the curve on literally every marketing ploy they've come up with. This app is no exception.

Can't even sign into my account which, it's worth mentioning, costs $15/year. My account is verified and my credentials work - I can log in on my laptop no problem. It's just this garbage app that's the issue. Have tried about a dozen times over the course of two weeks to log in, troubleshooting everything reasonable along the way. App always rejects my sign-in information as invalid or non-existent. Even beyond this unforgivable issue, the app seems clunky, poorly designed, and dated.

The app is unusable.. I haven't been able to read issues for months because when I attempt to sign in, it just refreshes the page and doesn't actually sign in, with no further information on what went wrong. And I am absolutely sure the info is correct, I copy it exactly from the website, which does let me sign in. The customer service also ignores my emails. Sucks that this is the only way to read the magazine now and I pay for the subscription..
