There are a lot devices which communicate with a central device. To make every device unique they all need a unique address, often set with an 8-position DIP switch.
This App will help you to set the correct address or to read the DIP switches to get the address.

Just convert a decimal address into an 8 position DIP switch or set the switches and immediately the decimal address will be shown.
There's no calculate button, the App will update the address and DIP switch positions every time you change something.

I hope this App will make your life just a little bit easier.

Good replacement tool for the "simplex switches" app which became outdated with new Android updates. Great for simplex JCI smoke heads etc because you can hit next to get current address +1 for benchtop programming before field installing 100s of devices. Love it.

Nice, but more bits would mean it could be used for full DMX as fixtures have more than 8 switches.
