Horrific on Android! I have been using Access on iPhone for many year. It's not great but at least it works reliably. Now after migrating to Android for a week, this is the only app having issues. When I click on the SoftToken inside work, 6 out of 10 times it tries to launch this but nothing came out and then redirect me to a company after 2-3 seconds. Same thing if I click to launch by clicking on the Access icon. I just have to keep trying until I get my token. Very frustrating! Terrible!

Crashes constantly. I usually have to restart the app a dozen times to get it to render a page and even then it's likely to crash again before I reach the end! The sandbox environment of the BlackBerry apps means all links, internal or external, go through Access, so I'm forced to forward emails to my personal account so I can use my normal Android browser for external links!

Seriously, please fix your "Set up using Blackberry Work" function. As a corporate user, I am very frustrated. Choosing the option does nothing, even though my Work app is fully authorized and running. The other option of using the authentication key goes to a running wheel and never moves to the next step.
