Came here last month to pick up a Famous Dave's to go order. Shay, the hostess, was super nice and told us all about Granite City. She impressed me so much we came back for this visit. The service, food and overall experience was excellent! Our waiter, Tim, provided excellent service and I have high expectations since I am a former waitress and am in customer service myself!

I was hoping to give it a 5 star rating. There was 1 bartender to service the bar and tables in the bar area. Which he did a fine job of navigating. My problem was I suggested Granite City for our party of 4 and 1 of our guests mashed potatoes where ice cold in her Pot Roast and my mashed potatoes were warm at best on my Meat Loaf. I did not see a manager walking around the place and checking on their guests.

I get GC emails. Install the app. Doesn't recognize password. Click to reset password. Don't get email. If you're going to roll out a new app, do user testing! Don't rush delivering an app that doesn't work! So I go to the website to log in. Says my email cannot be found, yet I get GC emails and was part of the old rewards program. REALLY? You can email me, but my email is not found. As Spock would say, this is ILLOGICAL!

Hello Valerie! You have to create a new account in the Granite City App you downloaded. Yes, the system recognizes you as opting in for email in the past, but does not recognize that email for loyalty in our New App. You can use the same email, but will need to sign up instead of sign in.
