I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. Unreliable Service and Poor Support I've had a terrible experience with GTPL Broadband. The internet connection is highly unreliable, with frequent outages that last for hours. Customer support is extremely unhelpful and slow to respond. Every time there's an issue, it takes forever to get in touch with someone, and even then, they provide no concrete solutions. Despite multiple complaints, the service quality hasn't improved at all. I can't rely on this for work or streaming

DO NOT UPDATE THE APP!!! We don't want all the things that you added. We only needed that you guys keep the platform stable as possible and nothing else. If I can easily manage my plans and I can easily create and manage support tickets, that is all we need! You made the app way worse after this latest update. Also, who told you that adding neomorphism to UI would be great. You added useless content to screw the app and made it even worse by adding this neomorphism ui. Revert the changes!
