my shipmoney app won't open at all on my Samsung A21s. the log in page won't even show. it did that few weeks back, had to delete the app and downloaded the app again . it started working and just few days ago I can't access the app. no log in page , nothing. it's just too bad.

I made transaction to Western Union and declined the process. Need of approval by the bank. The money was already deducted even though it declined the process. I don't know if the money I supposed to transfer on my other bank account will back to me. The customer service hard to reach out..

It always hard to login eventhough your connection is fine over wifi or mobile data. Especially during emergency time!! Customer services also never help, same answer same template.
