About this app

This is our new Gubagoo app, helping to keep you connected with your customers on the go.

This beta version of the app provides an enhanced chat experience, but does not yet have all of the features of the legacy version.

Just like in GLive, you will be notified of chats, you can monitor conversations in real time, and ResQ those chats - from anywhere!

The original version of the app is still available in the app store, and has our full mobile feature set, including Virtual Retailing connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.

Here’s what is currently available in this enhanced app:

- View live chats across all channels (except Text+, coming soon)
- Take over (ResQ) live chats
- Send messages to your customers
- Send whisper messages to Gubagoo chat specialists and your staff
- View and send inventory, offers, and contact cards
- View and send your saved responses
- Send files, such as photos, videos, and PDFs
- Enter and view customer details
- Enter lead information and submit the lead to your CRM
- Push notifications

If you need access to any of the following features on your mobile device, you will still need the legacy app:

This app will be continuously updated to include the features from the Legacy app, and will soon replace the original.

This app does not sync well with device accessibility settings. If screen zoom is enabled, the "enter chat" and "close chat" pop up buttons cannot be pressed without reducing screen zoom below 50%. This is incredibly frustrating to someone who NEEDS screen zoom in order to easily read text on the screen. Also, this app does not offer an internal "dark mode" nor does it conform to the device's "dark mode" setting. This makes the app harder to use for those with poor eyesight.

Ever since switching to this new app not only myself but almost all of my coworkers have had issues where we go to open a new chat and the app closes us out to our home screens. I have also been having issues where if I tap on a chat notification outside of the app it doesn't open up the app (the previous app worked perfectly fine with notifications)

Waste of time, it used to work good. Nothing has changed on my end and now it's glitchy and lags. Makes me look bad to my customers when I have delayed responses. Tried to get this fixed several times and run into a dead end
