Since your warm reply is very welcome, I decided to change my review and rating. I have some suggestions to make game even better (Hopefully they are in your production pipeline): Game totally stops when all 4 slots are full. There is no reason to play (Except training with clan members) since adding cups just makes game harder (Fighting with higher level players) and going to next arenas causes finding new cards that will make leveling our current leveled up characters harder. So adding activities that increase player retention makes game fun more. Daily quests, character hunting, achievements (Like killing with certain character or ability) and adding more options to receive rewards would bring players back to game more often. And for great art design, adding deeper bio, a nice introduction screen and animation upon unlocking, ability to customize the skin and look of characters (And monetizing with that) and adding relationship between characters (Just as story points or even in game mechanic) will further improve user experience. I do hope you rock!

Spamming annoying messages from opponents, no option not to see them. Hard to win lvl +1 opponents, but possible though. Not enough money even with the subscription. Annoying commercials to watch a video when open chests. I'm playing it just because my clan does. Hoping to find sth suitable for the clan and quit this game. I've written this message because there were 0 response to my message to support.

The game is balance and fun until you reach certain level. After that, the matchmaking is so unbalanced that you'll never win a match forcing you spend money to upgrade your characters. The sad truth is that this is a really good game but the developers have to make money but forcing me to spend large amounts of money to win is not for me.
