I AM SO UPSET!!!!! I JUST updated the app and the thermal camera because in the app it said an upgrade was available. After the upgrade I have LESS FEATURES than I had before. Several viewing pallets that I once had access to ONLY through the app that are not available on the camera itself, are now gone!!!! I can no longer use the pallets: fusion 2, Rain, green hot, ice, ironbow2 and several versions of color palettes. This is infuriating!!!! 😡😡

Pocket 2 with current firmware and Android Smartphone hotspot connected. After testing and practice, easy and quick image & video transfer and input into Spectora report. NOTE: 1. Video only requires an extra step in the app to save to phone gallery. So what, it works. 2. Hikmicro support and Monroe Infrared responded immediately to my support request. I will update if my opinion changes.

The app barely functions. Photos can be saved just fine. Videos when saved don't work unfortunately. The thumbnail shows correctly, but upon opening the videos they just play static. This is when viewing in the app, or the device. Some of the "contact us" buttons don't actually do anything, or open a dead browser.
