It is a great application. You can use the unused space you have to get some money while traveling. The app fees is a little bit high. If the fees were lowered a bit, it would be perfect. The new update is rediculous. They banned phone numbers. Outside communication is a very important part of the deal as the chat part of the app is not good. Update: The application is getting better with offers and new ideas presented. I like it.

Hard to find tabs , Ui is not easy to understand and there is errors not being able to add multiple shipements into one is not good you should add this feature to add multiple shipments into one if it's the same category and calculate the traveler rewards all at once also when trying to link the store and add links from inside the app it becomes very slow browsing and can't even add link i need to go to the regular browser to be able to . Please fix

The app used to be a great way to get things delivered via travelers, but recent price increases have made it less appealing. It would be much better if there was an option to negotiate prices or choose a reward range for shipping items. Travelers are often open to delivering items for a lower price, and the lack of discount rates makes the service less competitive. I hope the developers will reconsider these changes.
