This app needs to be rebuilt by scratch. After registration, in order to login it redirects you to the browser, so what's the point to install the app in the first place? On top of that the website doesn't let you log in for some reason.

this app is not complicated, BUT all the processes were too long. When I finally got my room key, it didn't work, so I couldn't open the door and had to look for the stuff, to get the plastic key-card. I don't know, what kind of deposit the app booked from my 💳, I hope to get it back very soon! The stuff also told me, that they have no idea about this app, as well as why the booking com is sending this information... Gonna pay for stay on the reception and not through this app

Useless. Avoid if you can. The app requires tons of time and data to set up and did not save any time at the hotel check in. It does not work without an active Internet connection, even with all the data entered previously, and failed to open the room - a clumsy process anyway the way it is set up in the app.
