I like the joint and this app worked fine on my old mobile phone. Got a new phone recently and apparently this app isn't compatible with newer android phones. I've tried downloading it twice and it won't go past the location permission screen even after allowing permission. I finally gave up and uninstalled it. Stuck having to call to check in. The app was more convenient.

I really wish that this was for all joint locations but I live in the South East and art joint locations aren't covered by this app. I was really hoping for an app to help me track my visits. I've been an avid member for well over a year some months I go over my visits, and that's perfectly fine. But it would be nice to have some sort of calendar and be able to track when I've used my visits and how many I have left each month.

If I could give the app a zero stars rating, I would The change of no longer hold the patient check-in place in line makes the app pointless. The app treats in app check-ins and in person check-ins as the same so wait times are not accurate. Only use would be to check which doctor is at which location, which has been wrong before too.
