Best bank app out there. My only complaint is one that affects the whole system, not just the app. When I used online bill pay previously, it immediately removed those funds. Now it doesn't show the transaction until it is complete. Like many others who bank online only, I don't balance my checkbook so those invisible transactions, which don't even appear under pending online bill pay, have screwed me up more than once. Even if they showed as pending it would improve the experience.

Account access is excellent. Ability to move money between accounts, online bill payments (so you don't have to give other companies access to your accounts!), online check deposits (just enter info, take pictures of front and back of check -boom- done.). I still like to be able to go in and discuss issues with a REAL human, but for quick on-the-go, this app is great.

This app makes banking for me so easy. I'm not very it smart and get confused very easily with these things. The simplicity of using this app has made me feel confident in transferring money back and forth in my accounts. Also always having my balances easily available is a big plus for me.
