Great, but only when you can log in. When using biometrics, I get the authentication error FREQUENTLY. Then, when trying to log in with my password, I get a pop up box saying the service is currently unavailable. My other bank uses the same type of app, and I never have issues. And yes, the app is updated.

The check deposit portion asks you to check the picture for clarity almost every time even though it's fine. This is an annoying waste of time, especially when I'm in a hurry. Update as of 11-2-22: it still always asks if the picture is clear, even when the picture is perfectly clear, and wastes another minute of your life. This is the slowest online remote banking I've ever used. Update: March 2021 - the app asks me every time to check the picture, even though it is perfectly clear. FIX THIS!

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. When it works, it's fine: easy to navigate and transfer funds, etc. However, it's down more often than up. Login errors and "Service not available" messages are consistent at this point. Cleared cache, reinstalled app; nothing helps. I have to login on my web browser for online banking which is very inconvenient.
