Ratings and reviews

It's definitely gotten much better over the years. When you need em', their customer service is very good, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd recommend givin' it a try.

No place for "notes" when making a payment or transfer on Mobile app. I really would like to see this function restored.

I really like the auto picture deposit feature of the app., which saves me from driving to the bank. But I will miss seeing the bank staff because they are very nice.
