Updated review: I love the convenience of the app, but over time, some features have stopped working or went downhill. 1. I can not reorder my accounts. 2. Not sure what happened to check deposit, but the view is confusing. 3. I don't even bother turning on fingerprint login because it is constantly turning back off for me. 4. Trying to read the "terms and conditions" to pay my CC kept crashing the WCU app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23, so it is a fairly new phone.

This was supposed to be faster and save time in my day as opposed to driving to the Bank to deposit a check. I might as well get in the car and drive there! Half the time I have to shut my phone off to exit the freeze up. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Wish this was better! I also an using this while on WiFi. There have been huge improvements since my last review! I thought I'd update my rating. Good job!

Love this app! It makes life so much easier being able to pay my bills, deposit checks, transfer money and keep an eye on my finances- right on my phone. I'm going paperless as much as possible so this really beats getting those monthly statements. I have noticed that the eDocuments section hasn't been working for at least the past few days though. That's been a nice feature over the years so I hope it gets fixed soon! I just love banking at WCU and this app has made my experience with them that much better.
