Was fine until updated just now. Now it won't even load. Idk what ya did but.... might wanna fix it. Just keeps getting worse. Had a firmware update for a week or more. Guess it'll stay needing it bc it refuses to update and I'm tired of messing with it. It really has gotten to be such a pain I rarely bother using the lights anymore. What a waste

When it worked there were ads just to turn on/off the products that you already paid for. Now I can't figure out any way to even get the app to successfully start up. If nothing changes I've just wasted so much money since I used these to decorate two gaming areas ** Update: after three days the app is back up and running so at least theres that. **

So I had 3 Basic LED Cololight Hexagons, they all responded to my phone perfectly and without issue. Once I bought 6 more hexagons, which are pro, I connected them all together and they now won't connect to my phone. It'll sometimes reach register but will fail, most of the time it'll fail at Pairing in less than 30 seconds. Mind you, when I just had just the 3 I was using the old app, now with this new one it won't even work. I want to use these, WHY won't you let me?
