Overall a pretty good experience. The service is quick and easy to use. I sent a query message to customer service and was a little disappointed with the initial reply but they did get back to me again so overall I'm happy with both the product and the service.

I previously ordered a while ago but I've just updated my app and the transaction won't go though even though I've been charge by my bank for authorisating the order ??

great App! easy to use and the prints are great! only thing is, if you have more then one thing in the check out you can't send it to different addresses. But other then that, amazing! edit: I have ordered a second book, I wasn't happy with the print. it showed some "?" and some pages haven't been printed properly. I send an email and it took a couple of days until I got a reply. I got credits on my account to print the book again. very happy with the solution. great customer service!
