Looks like a galaxy made if small blocks essentially. Can change blurring effect, speed, density and color. Doesn't use to much CPU usage either. Highly recommend.

Good work for sure. Having some options for size of particles, and custom colors would really be fantastic. I would recommend this app to friends.
