I had such a lovely experience with the Karri support team! The man who assisted me, Lyle, quickly reacted and made contact within 5 minutes, and patiently helped me to make a payment via my card on the app. Lyle immediately found the problem (my mistake for uploading my phone number incorrectly, haha 😊) and guided me through the process. Thank you!

Struggled to get the student linked and the support services only operate during working hours, the chat services did not work, it would have been useful if these worked to guide new clients. Had to call in the morning and was assisted very swiftly and kindly by Tracy. All set now!
