This is relatively simple to use. All coupons are electronic and change weekly. It's advisable to check the coupons before going to shop or creating your shopping list. Once your shop is completed, you need to manually select which coupons you wish to redeem and then scan your till slip. It's not a complicated process, but it is a bit tedious selecting the coupons as the filter is very vague and too broad. Having said that, it's an easy way to add some extra Rands to your bank account.

Used to be great but there are always problems when it comes to payouts. I waited weeks for my previous payout and this time I am waiting 6 weeks. They keep saying it's a problem with the update but this always seems to be the case. Very frustrating. Their response to this review is a lie as cashouts are still not happening and answers to emails are simply generic and contradictory.

I have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. I have been trying to get 'cash out' since November. I have emailed and messaged them countless time and only receive vague responses. I finally got an out come in Feb. And guess what still having issues with zero response. If you having problems or if there is an issue . Just inform the person. That's all I'm asking is communication. But there is none . Very disappointed. Used this app for close on 5 years and never had issues till now.
