I HATE this app, and also their website. Takes 3-7 minutes for the thing to login, if it works at all. Doesn't seem to matter how many bars I'm working with. Has caused me to pay late several times bc I just give up and try again later. Once it's loaded, it's fine. That said, it's the only reasonable priced insurance that covers wildfires for tiny houses. I really hope they fix this soon, or have a way to pay over the phone. Be wary 😟

First, the app takes FOREVER to load. Second, BEWARE!! They charge a VERY hefty fee to pay your bill with the app. This is IN ADDITION to your interest and may actually be more than your interest. I was asked to pay almost $13 in fees to pay my bill of $102. I think I'll just pay them with a paper check.

This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.
