I use this for an adult family member who wanders, but who also takes a bus to a day program. It was always difficult to guess when the bus was going to arrive, so I bought this. It is very handy for having a general knowledge that someone was picked up from a place and arrived at the next place. That is helpful. The most challenging is the update delay. Sometimes I'm not notified that someone has left until 5 minutes or so. The map is also delayed from actual location.

Update: they fixed it by to the previous version, v1.8.0. Now giving 5 stars. Previous review follows:Would have given it 5 stars yesterday. But bluetooth between phone & fob stopped working. Didn't change anything. Tried reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, adjusting permissions on my phone, hard reset of the fob (which doesn't get it back to factory original state, btw, so it's not really a hard reset). No luck. I suspect the 1/20/2022 upgrade of the Jiobit app. Was a software...

Would recommend! Saw an alert that my kid had left a safe zone one day that didn't make sense. After obviously panicking, I made some calls and realized he was okay. Question remained: Why was his tracker moving at vehicle speeds away from his school. Son said a classmate took the tracker, so I followed it across town to multiple locations, trying to pinpoint the vehicle. Eventually, it stops at a gas station, and I'm able to get it back! Only complaint, slow update time, but still a great buy!
