No English settings customer services doesn't have English speaking staff it's a pain cant retrieve my money if you don't have online banking for me this service in not recommended if your a foreigner

Absolute garbage for foreign nationals who need to use this app to buy overseas, unless you can read Chinese to a high level. You can neither copy and paste text into a translate app, nor take screenshots to translate that way. And of course there's no English option in the app itself. The fact that other apps like Shopee require you to use this app for some services makes them just as terrible.
