Ratings and reviews

Good when it works. I use it to check my rates for the hotel but now that part doesn't work. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone. Cleared the cache. Everything else works, it shows my comps and rewards play. But... Not the rates. It's just a white, blank screen. My fiancé's is doing the same thing.

Started out great... BUT doesn't update anymore. Points are not current and doesn't delete past gifts or promotions. I'll try Uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Reinstalled the app. Point balance changed by 10,000, however it now says point balance current as of 04/06/2019. A little over 3 wks ago. So it's an epic fail for personal use in the casino, but the links are handy to have all in one place in the app.

Good design and layout. Easy to navigate around, Youre able to see point balance and rewards from app. Has everything the website does plus a bit more. I could only give 4stars. Doesnt matter how cool the app is the overall experience of the real place is quite disappointing. Youre loosing sight of your core values people. Also you need to add how large this app is in your description. *Doesn't seem to update very well. Points not updating and promotions all still on March and not April.
