Truly the best overall solution when it comes to online forms, data integration, and connectors such as Zapier. Jotform is very fast and easy to use for elegant simple forms. It includes some amazing perks like email notifications and conditional logic right out of the box. The free plan is insanely generous with few limitations. The mobile app is also great as it gives you instant notification any time someone submits a new form. The Jotform team nailed the experience! I'm a fan.

Wonderful, lengthy list of features, form types, and integrations. However, while it allows you to schedule meetings, it does not allow you to send meeting details to your calendar! It's almost pointless and definitely frustrating. 😔

For some reason they disabled my account, and offer no way to resolve it. As far as the app is concerned, I see its usefulness in static forms with check boxes and standard fields, but creating a simple order form that both allows the user to add rows and calculate the total can't be done. The inability to upload data from a spreadsheet is illogical, not to mention being unable to create dynamic forms that change options based on previous selections.
