Horrible experience. I called the client service 10 times, no answer. There was no way to modify or cancel the order. The delivery guy had no idea on how to use the location ping, bad communication. I do not and will not recommend. And I definitely will not use again. I only used it this time because they delivered from a store that Glovo doesn't work with (yet).

It looks like a great app, they clearly put on a lot of work on it. There are some new features and services that other delivery companies don't offer. But I gave them only 3 stars because I find it weird that they don't function on areas like Alhouda but at the same time they do deliver to Agadir Oufella! I hope they'll be able to expand very soon, I would love to used their services.

My first orders were clean nice everything's fine, the customer service call you check with you if something needed and all is good, but my recent experiences with them were just horrible, lack of delivery time the app stops, not so synchronised with restaurants (order validated but after 1h30 of waiting I was surprised that the restaurant has stopped preparing orders and no body told me till I contacted the service by myself..) anyway hope they will get better soon.. so disappointed
