First time user of parking app, easy to use, hassle-free, although payment method are limited to card, you need to add e-wallets or kiosks cash-ins, so more clients will not hesitate to book. Overall experience is great! My car is safely park and I can move in or out with the space I rented. Thanks to your customer service, very well done assisting clients with a lot of questions, (like me 😂). Those with spare space fit for a car make a listing here and help car owners without parking space. 👍

Convenient for parking. But I had once accidentally press the open gate and start, then I couldn't cancel it. That time I had just installed it and wanted to explore the app, then I press the open gate and start and then, it was stated that your parking is active and I need to pay. While I was searching on how to cancel it, the parking time was still running and I got charged. In order to avoid any other problem (I was worried if it keeps running and the fare become higher), I just paid it.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience and for using KERB. When your booking is approved, you may no longer cancel it. The app is slow, and if there is no line in the parking basement, it is difficult to get through the app. The app also automatically logs you out many times when you are trying to exit the car park. This is time wasting. Why not have the app like at Sunway Pinnacle...much much easier and user-friendly.
