Never recognized my old device and constantly had to verify every time I logged in. Now I get a new updated phone and I had to delete the app and re install because it said it couldn't run on my phone. Again trying to verify my device and it just won't let me log in thru the app. I can login thru the regular internet browser tho once I click the statement button the pages collide and I can't even see my total balance.

Tonight it would not allow for any internal transfers and you can't get anybody on the phone cuz they're only open till 8:00 and they don't have tech support after that particular time I tried that several times and now I am uninstalling and reinstalling the app and yes like everybody else this thing never recognizes my device and I constantly have to wait for a code and sometimes there's a delay in getting the code and you have to ask for the code three or four times

I have banked with BankUnited since 2017 and ever since they did there update at the beginning of 2022 their app crashes all the time. I open the app and it immediately closes and gives me an error code. I can't even see my transaction history. They need to fix this issue.
